## About UAB

The Student Services Undergraduate Advisory Board (UAB) gives Harvard College students a direct voice in shaping the services and resources that support undergraduate life. As a UAB member, you’ll collaborate with Dean Mike Burke and the Student Services team to share feedback, suggest improvements, and help strengthen our community. Board members play a crucial role in making sure student perspectives are heard while also gaining valuable leadership experience and building skills for life beyond Harvard.

## What UAB members do

- Give Dean of Student Services, Mike Burke, direct feedback on how to better communicate with and serve undergraduates
- Tell us about challenges they see affecting the student experience so we can work to solve them
- Advise us on new or improved services that could help students succeed academically and socially
- Review our policies and upcoming changes to make sure we have the student perspective
- Spread the word about our resources so more students can take advantage of them
