> *It’s a pleasure to serve as one of the RPFs this year! Navigating college is already challenging for students, and it can become even more difficult when administrative issues arise, especially for first-generation college students. During my time with the Chicago Alternative Policing Strategy, I advocated for restorative justice practices aimed at clearing non-violent offenses from the permanent records of Chicago youth. I hope to bring that experience into this role by supporting students through conflict and helping create a Harvard community where students feel supported and heard, rather than intimidated by administrative processes. I’m always available to chat about any concerns or conflicts.*
