I’m excited to work as an RPF and to support students as they navigate restorative practices. My experience as a proctor for the Summer School, along with my time as an athlete on a close-knit team, has helped me develop the ability to facilitate conversations around conflict with empathy, patience, and a focus on understanding. These roles have taught me how to approach difficult situations with a mindset geared toward healing and connection. I’m passionate about helping build a community where students feel heard, supported, and empowered to repair harm when it occurs. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any concerns or questions.
